We are currently seeking an experience senior executive to lead a Holding company. The ideal candidate will have experience setting overall strategies, policies, procedures, managing a budget, leading a team and managing the daily operation of several subsidaries. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work as well as on boarding and hiring new team members.
Responsibilities:
- Setting the strategy and organisation's long term vision
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Overseeing the budget
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Manage the business development of the business
- Drive development and growth of organisation
- Ensure quality of internal process and external representation
- Establish the strategies, policies, procedures and ensure systematic approaches are in place.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelors in Business Management or relevant qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
- Preferably experienced in managing legal or consultancy teams
- Strong administrative & leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, business development, revenue and forecasting
- Strong communications skills
