Overview
Alliance Group is a leading company in trading building materials in OMAN. We are seeking a competent and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
Job Accountabilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including specifications and applications, to effectively communicate with clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our building materials and solutions to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and standards.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Industry Networking: Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-10 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
