SALES EXECUTIVE - CORPORATE AND INSTITUTIONAL - AL ZAMAN GROUP OF COMPANIES
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to focus on driving corporate and institutional sales for our perfume retail company. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and business partners to expand our market share and promote our unique product offerings. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the fragrance industry, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting corporate clients (e.g., hotels, airlines, corporations) and institutions (e.g., government agencies, educational institutions) to achieve sales targets.
-Identify and establish new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
-Present product offerings and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of corporate clients and institutions.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, product education, and post-sale services.
-Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and new product launches.
-Provide market feedback to management regarding competition, product performance, and market trends.
-Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
-Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and identify potential business leads.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Proven experience in corporate sales, ideally within the perfume, luxury retail, or FMCG sectors.
-Strong understanding of the perfume industry, fragrance trends, and corporate gift markets.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Must be Omani national
Preferred:
-Experience in corporate gifting or institutional partnerships.
-Knowledge of high-end luxury retail operations.
Salary: Competitive with performance-based incentives.
