If so, you could become our new Sales Supervisor for our Oman market. In this challenging job you will work out of our Oman office and you will report to our Business Unit Manager TT.
As the new Traditional Trade Sales Supervisor, you will drive sales growth, develop sales and distribution fundamentals, and lead a team of Sales Reps in your assigned area, delivering sales targets and managing day-to-day sales operations responsibly, aligned with set targets, business plans, and Arla standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of Pre sellers and Van Salesman to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Developing and managing MT & TT channel inline align with company objectives
- Managing accounts, plan routes, and daily activities in the assigned territory
- Driving sales performance, including call completion, bill productivity, line productivity, and effective coverage
- Implementing the perfect store program and ensure 100% audit compliance
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, propose listings and negotiate business development agreements
- Analyzing sales data, report findings, and forecast future trends
- Communicating promotion plans to customers and sales staff, and ensure correct implementation
- Improving product visibility and control market returns
- Managing company assets and account receivables
Ideal Candidate for the role :
- At least 4 years of sales experience in FMCG, with a focus on Traditional & Modern Trade.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- In-depth understanding of sales markets and trends, with the ability to analyze and apply this knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and close deals
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid driving license for the GCC region
