Sales Executive - Motorcycles - Harley-Davidson - Harley-Davidson UAE
To provide customer service to a high standard by maintaining all the policies developed and set by the company.
To support all team members in the company by liaising on all customer matters to a level of excellence agreed with Harley-Davidson.
To achieve targets set by the company for new and used unit sales of motorcycles, profitability per unit, accessory sales, retail finance, demonstrations and enquiries.
To use a planned sales process as detailed by the company to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
Use the prospecting and customer follow up system as defined by the company, carrying out regular prospecting exercises as required by the Sales Manager, to generate maximum additional sales from repeat and new business opportunities.
To achieve maximum sales of new and used motorcycles, retail finance and extended warranties.
Co-ordinate and assist Rental operator (Dubai based) in handing over, receiving of rental bikes for AUH customers.
To Gain knowledge of the current product and the history of the product range to be able to discuss with customers in terms of models, specification, price, features and customer benefits to a level that satisfies customer requirements and regularly update your knowledge.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
