Our Regional Head Office is based in Dubai, with 19 plants and 11 quarries in 10 countries across the region. Our 2,100 strong MEASA team is growing, and we are now looking for another team member to join us in the MEASA Regional Commercial team as Regional Marketing Manager – MEASA.

The Regional Marketing Manager will lead the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives across multiple countries, focusing on customer perceptions and positioning within target markets. This role is essential for driving premium brand positioning and sales through innovative, digital-first marketing campaigns and trade activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience within the construction manufacturing sector or a related field, coupled with excellent collaboration, creativity, and adaptability skills.

What you’ll be doing:
- Marketing & Brand Positioning: Implement a variety of marketing and COMEX initiatives, tailoring them to fit country-specific customer perceptions and market price positioning.
- Digital Brand Building: Enhance premium brand positioning in the digital sphere through robust value propositions and engaging, innovative marketing activities.
- Sales & Trade Marketing: Drive sales growth and strengthen brand positioning across regions with targeted POS and trade marketing activities.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate with Regional Sector and Product Managers to develop comprehensive GTM strategies, tailored value propositions, and marketing collateral for project-based and sectoral solutions.
- New Product Launches: Manage the Gold, Silver, Bronze New Product Launch process, ensuring smooth coordination with country marketing teams for successful market entry.
- Website Content & Lead Generation: Develop content for Knauf.com and coordinate online activities to increase lead generation and customer engagement.
- Digital & Social Media Synergy: Accelerate social media and digital activities across regions by creating unified themes, encouraging best practice sharing, and driving brand synergy.
- Data-Driven Insights: Implement data analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) across markets to extract actionable customer insights that inform and support commercial and management decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing within the construction manufacturing or related industry.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and GTM strategy development.
- Experience in creating strategic, efficient business plans across all aspects of marketing (branding, product management, etc.).
- Strong background in building effective relationships across the business.
- Collaboration, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Strong leadership skills, including setting direction, prioritizing, and achieving results.
- Ability to drive change across various stakeholders at all levels, with effective communication, influencing skills, and conflict management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven experience in implementing marketing strategies and managing projects across multiple countries.
