In this Role, you’ll get to
- Responsible for the user experience quality of the product for the MENA markets
- Measure and monitor the overall experience level of the country through data analysis, user research, and other methods and produce reports
- Analyze user experience data and find critical issues behind
- Lead local user research projects (such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.) and identify product opportunities and pain points
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Improve the quality of user experience by leading local and global projects and collaborating with diverse teams to implement recommended improvements
- Support headquarters and other regions to complete user experience testing projects or support through leading freelancers
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor degree or above, major in psychology or data-related is a plus
- At 3 years working experience related to product operations/growth, user research, and user experience designer
- Experience in E-commerce industry
- Proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken; Arabic is plus.
- Familiar with local user preferences and habits.
- Familiar with user research methods, such as competitive analysis, usability testing, in-depth interviews, focus groups, A/B testing, and survey research
- Able to establish positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Capable of independently planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring timely delivery within allocated resources.
- Able to identify problems through data analysis
- Demonstrates independent thinking and possesses a deep understanding of the essence
- Displays a proactive approach and is driven by achieving results.
- Customer-focused with a willingness to learn through hands-on experience.
