About You:

As a 3D Motion Designer, you’ll bring stories to life through realistic, captivating animations for a variety of high-impact projects, from commercials to corporate presentations and brand experiences. You’re a skilled professional with a distinctive visual style and the ability to deliver consistently outstanding results on schedule. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated designer who combines creativity with technical precision, contributing to Zia’s reputation for excellence.

Creative & Skilled: Expert in 2D and 3D design, producing impactful visuals and exploring new tech and styles to enhance creativity.

Campaign Contributor: Develops engaging digital campaigns with effective storyboarding, iconography, and polished media assets for diverse platforms.

Team Player: Energetic and committed, supporting the Art Director and collaborating seamlessly.

Adaptable Problem-Solver: Autonomous and resourceful, ready to tackle creative challenges with a hacker mindset.

Your Daily Adventures:

Creative Animation & Visual Effects
Animate story-driven characters, props, and scenes with a cinematic touch, creating compelling visuals across various formats.

Develop high-quality 2D & 3D animations and visual effects tailored for media campaigns, adapting for digital platforms and social media.

Design Standards & Innovation
Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain top standards across digital media.

Stay updated on trends and techniques, pushing creative boundaries to keep designs fresh and engaging.

Project Collaboration
Collaborate with Film Production, Marketing, and PR teams, as well as external creatives, to deliver cohesive, high-impact visual assets.

Contribute innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions to enhance brand storytelling.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5-10 years in creative design and 3D animation. Strong portfolio required!

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and familiarity with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, and Mocha. Experience with Maya, Unreal Engine, and Unity is a plus.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Motion Design, or a related field.

Autonomous & Detail-Oriented: Able to work independently with meticulous attention to detail and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Effective Communication: Strong ability to articulate and present ideas both internally and to clients.
