Job Purpose: -
To develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business growth
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Salesforce (Account Engagement ) Data Management
-
Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of marketing data in Salesforce, including leads, campaigns, and accounts. - Utilize Salesforce to track customer engagement, event participation, and campaign performance.
- Generate reports and dashboards to measure key metrics such as ROI, lead conversion, and audience insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement automated workflows and marketing processes in Salesforce.
- Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends and inform marketing strategies.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Work with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to track and nurture leads.
Any other duties assigned by management as per the department requirement from time to time
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with hands-on experience in managing marketing and sales data.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools for data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in B2B marketing or working in a multinational organization.
- Interest in technology or energy-related industries.

- SEO and SEM Skills
- Expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Proficiency in keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
Analytics and Data Interpretation
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, create dashboards, and derive actionable insights.
- CRM and Marketing Automation
- Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Pardot.
- Knowledge of nurturing leads and managing marketing campaigns through automation.

- Ability to identify target audiences and develop persona-driven strategies.
- Strong segmentation and targeting skills to deliver personalized marketing messages.
