Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team, focused on promoting and marketing office spaces and related services of Elazzab Group. The ideal candidate will have a deep, passion for digital marketing techniques, and the ability to drive awareness and sales for office space offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract businesses and organizations to lease or rent office spaces.
- Execute digital, based marketing strategies to promote available office spaces, co-working spaces, other services
- Create compelling content to showcase available office spaces, amenities, and services.
- Generate quality leads through targeted digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), and social media.
- Conduct market research to understand current trends in office space demand, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage and optimize the company's social media presence across all the social media platforms with a focus on office spaces and commercial property.
- Oversee and contribute to the creation of social media content that highlights available office spaces, tenant success stories, and community features.
- Maintain and update property listings on websites and online portals
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with leasing objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a leading provider of office spaces .
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience with marketing commercial or office spaces, co-working spaces, or real estate listings is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive marketing messages.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, social media platforms, Web portals and analytics tools.
- Design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar to create marketing collateral.
